MAPLE BOURBON BACON JAM MEATBALLS

Ingredients

2 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Onion
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
1 egg
½ cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Maple Bacon Bourbon Jam
1 lb. (.454 kg) ground beef
Sauce:
1/4 cup Maple Bourbon Bacon Jam
1/³ cup Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce
½ cup root beer

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 15" x 10" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray, or line with parchment paper. Place first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add ground beef and mix just until blended, do not over-mix. Form mixture into meatballs, about 1" in diameter. Place meatballs on prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine all sauce ingredients in a pot and simmer for 10 minutes. Place meatballs in an oven-proof dish, pour the sauce over top and bake at 325°F for 30 minutes. Meatballs and prepared sauce can also be cooked in a slow cooker or on the stove top.
